What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and select digital payment options for a seamless checkout experience.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on the time it takes your financial institution to dispense payment, your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3 -10 business days (this is excluding the time it takes your financial institution to dispense your payment).

For an online purchase, a financial institution typically takes 1 to 3 business days to send a payment, depending on the payment method used, with credit card payments generally being the fastest and ACH transfers taking slightly longer; however, factors like bank processing times and whether same-day processing is available can affect the exact timeframe. 

Once we’ve received payment from your financial institution, we process your orders immediately!

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time we do not. However, we’re working on that! 👍🏽

How can I track my order?

If you’re a member you have the wonderful convenience of monitoring the progress of your order from the time you make the purchase, we receive the funds from your financial institution all the way through to handling, shipping and delivery.

Once your order has left the building, we’ll add the tracking details, and you’ll receive an email.

But, even prior to the tracking details, you’re able to see every step of your orders progress!

Please, log-in to your account and click on your My Account page. If you’re order has been placed, you’ll be able to see what status the order is in currently.

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email to confirm the order. Your order will go through processing to include the time it takes your financial institution to release payment. Once we’ve shipped the order, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?
